Urban Solitude
2024–Present
A cinematic exploration of isolation within the modern metropolis.
We are separated not by distance, but by the invisible barriers we build around ourselves. Urban Solitude is a visual study of the paradox of modern density: the experience of being profoundly alone while surrounded by millions. Spanning the streets of Tokyo, Berlin, Hong Kong, and Kraków, this series turns the lens toward the quiet voids that exist between the noise.
Through a recurring visual language of rain-slicked glass, steamed windows, and deep shadows, these images transform the city into a stage for private introspection. It is a collection that asks whether our glass walls are meant to keep the world out, or to keep ourselves in.
